Sales Admin
(Full Time/ Part Time)

  • This role is work from home basis.  

  • Follow up with client queries (via email/ messages) and direct them to the appropriate team members when necessary

  • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, engagement letters, and service agreements to prospects (whichever relevant)

  • Maintain and update sales leads tracking or related information.

  • Follow up with leads and prospects on outstanding documentation or next steps

  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., accounts, compliance, secretarial) to ensure timely client onboarding

  • Assist in the preparation of pitch materials or presentations

  • This role should ideally spend 2 to 3 hours per day to work, though we understand that there may be occasional scheduling issues which applicant should clear during next working day. 

  • Part time role is pay based on hourly rate. Full Time role is pay based on monthly rate.

Requirement: 

  • Has sense of urgency when need to follow up with prospect/clients on required info/documents.

  • Basic understanding of sales process, marketing and CRM.

  • Owned working laptops and it should not be slow in opening applications or lag in typing. Minimum Windows 10, and recommend to have 8GB RAM, SSD) and decent Internet connection speed (speed test minimum 20mbps).

  • Corporate Laptops can be provided for certain areas.

  • Must be able to interact and write reasonably in English.
