HR/Account Staff - based at client site
(Part Time)

  • Need to visit client office on part time flexi hour arrangement & work remotely on Accounts or HR on the rest of the days in the week.

  • Job scope including:

    • Support accounts matters, such as stock take etc.

    • Support other non-HR matters, such as administrative work, participate in discussion relating to production, and assist in preparing meeting minutes writing when required.

    • Promptly address client queries.

  • Client office location: Tuas South and this client will provide transport from Tuas Crescent MRT station.  

  • 1 day to maximum 2 days in a week visiting to client office. The time you spend in client office is likely to be full day 8am to 5pm. The visits is mainly to handle outstanding HR/ Accounts-related matters not able to clear by our backend teams.

  • There is no need to report to our own office.

  • We have a dedicated backend HR and Accounts teams to support our client at the same time.

 Requirement: 

  • Candidate must be based in Singapore.

  • Must be able to interact and write reasonably in English  

  • Experienced in Singapore HR regulation (on-boarding, off-boarding IR21, IR8A, experience in using WPOL and EPOL relating to Construction industry) and Payroll calculation.
