Need to visit client office on part time flexi hour arrangement & work remotely on Accounts or HR on the rest of the days in the week.

Job scope including:

To support other non-HR or non Accounts matters, such as administrative work, participate in discussion.

Scanning, compiling and filing of documents, supporting our remote team to retrieve accounting document necessary for their work

Promptly address client queries.

Client office location: Buroh Street. Working in an decent, clean, bright office within an industrial building.

1 day per week visiting client office; 4 to 8 hours per day. No overtime required. The visits is mainly to handle outstanding HR/ Accounts-related matters not able to clear by our backend teams.

There is no need to report to our own office.

We have a dedicated backend HR and Accounts teams to support our client at the same time.

$20 per hour - Please note that this is a part time flexi working arrangement. The monthly salary put in this posting is an estimate prorated based on 176 work hour per month.

Requirement:

Candidate must be based in Singapore.

Must be able to interact and write reasonably in English

Experienced in Accounting-related work: Scanning, compiling and filing of documents, supporting our remote team to retrieve accounting document necessary for their work.
